Grounded in current research on workplace incivility and employee belonging, this workshop teaches leaders to recognize the early stages of the incivility spiral and provides them with strategies to enhance professional respect in the workplace. Designed to raise leader awareness of the insidious nature of workplace incivility, this program engages participants in an examination of our interaction with others in times of stress and uncertainty and explores the impact it can have on individuals as well as the organization.
