 Leaders Engaging and Developing Employee Resilience Skills

Grounded in transformational leadership theory and supported by current research on adult resilience, this customized workshop teaches leaders how to recognize the warning signals of burnout and explores the sources of resilience commonly engaged by individuals who are experiencing it. This interactive experience is designed to enhance leaders' interpersonal engagement and enable them to develop resilience skills in their staff as well as within themselves.

Civility And Respect Engagement Skills 

Grounded in current research on workplace incivility and employee belonging, this workshop teaches leaders to recognize the early stages of the incivility spiral and provides them with strategies to enhance professional respect in the workplace.  Designed to raise leader awareness of the insidious nature of workplace incivility, this program engages participants in an examination of our interaction with others in times of stress and uncertainty and explores the impact it can have on individuals as well as the organization.
